Agreements may be made between the buyer and Campground Management.Sellers are responsible to pre-clean their unit and site before the unit will be shown.The Seller must provide a propane inspection certificate as a condition of marketing the unit.The Seller must arrange for and bear the cost of the propane inspection and any repairs necessary to pass.Candlelight requires a copy of the valid ownership certificate prior to listing and marketing the unit.Partial seasonal fee for mid-season departure, based on approval for buyer to keep unit in the park, will be prorated based on closing dates.A park fee of $2000.00 will be applied to the sale of any trailer or trailer package sold on the property.A park fee of 10% of the listing price will be applied to the independent sale of any deck, shed, add-a-room sold on the property (items sold separately from the trailer.
